How to get free, impartial and confidential advice

If you need advice, information or guidance, Dundee Citizens Advice Bureau is here for you.

Our bureau can be contacted by telephone, e-mail or in-person at our bureau's office: Central Library, Level 4 Wellgate Centre, DD1 1DB.

If you visit our office or contact us by telephone, you will be greeted by a member of our triage team who will take details of your enquiry and arrange the support you require.

We aim to process enquiries received by e-mail within 5 working days. If you are added to our callback list for e-mail or telephone advice, an advisor will then aim to contact you regarding your enquiry within one to two weeks.

If your enquiry is urgent, please tell us and we will deal with it as soon as we can.

Visit the Citizens Advice website or Money Map Tool for detailed information on a wide range of topics, including guidance on benefits, debt, money, work, housing and much more.

Phone us

Give us a call to get advice on any issues or problems you’re facing, or to arrange an appointment at the bureau.

We can help with relatively simple issues over the phone, particularly if you’re looking for a quick answer to something straight-forward.
